Our Mission
We aim to do more than put a little extra money in your pocket. Our goal is to help
you achieve complete financial independence and have fun doing it. We focus

In financial terms, that means helping you achieve a net worth of $5 million in
assets in the next several years.  Is that realistic? It depends. Each buyer joining us
starts with a different financial base and motivation level, but depending on his/her
resourcefulness and intensity of commitment, for most of our buyers this goal is
attainable.

Who Are We?
We are a group of seasoned buyers located through out the country. We are  
managed by Helen Rudinsky, Managing Partner of Wealth Builders Investing.  We
have strong buyer groups in Los Angeles, Chicago and New York and are expanding
to other cities daily.

The majority of our buyers invest far from their place of residence, sight unseen.  
We invest in pre-development, single family homes, and hotel condos.

We focus on emerging markets and regions experiencing hyper appreciation.
Recent real estate investment opportunities have been in: North Carolina,
Tennessee,Georgia, Alabama, West Virginia, Florida, Texas, Georgia and Cabo San
Lucas, Mexico.
How Does It Work?
The buyer is informed by email of the next upcoming conference call discussing a
specific investment opportunity. The buyer usually is give specific information
about the project: floor plans, maps, price projections, etc. The buyer is asked to
conduct his/her own due diligence prior to the call and be ready to make an
investment decision by the end of the call.

Usually 2-4 calls take place in a month. Once on the call the buyer has an
opportunity to hear about the project from the developer, lender and key real
estate investors. Calls usually last 60 minutes.

At the end of the call the buyer is given instructions on how to purchase a
property. Often all properties are reserved within a few minutes of the end of the
call. Properties are reserved by email on a first-come, first-serve basis.

If a member can't make the call, most of the calls are recorded and available on the
website the next day. We can't guarantee that a buyer will be able to purchase after
the call, because inventory sells out quickly. It is best to get someone to listen in
on the call for you, take notes and give you the information right after the call so
you can jump right in and not miss out.
Who Qualifies For the Group?
We want to keep the group comprised of a small, but powerful set of active
buyers.  Our ability to bring outstanding projects to our buyers is tied directly to
our reputation with the developers.  

We want to be seen as a very strong group of buyers who can quickly sell out a
developer's inventory.  Because of this, we only work  with serious buyers who
have the financial ability and desire to participate in multiple projects per year.
Membership Requirements
Because we continue to build our group into a strong team of real estate buyers we
have established  strict requirements and expectations.  Anyone participating in
the group must have a 680 or better credit score and at least $20,000 liquid to
invest.

Also, we want to cultivate an environment conducive only to serious, active
participants, so members not actively buying with the group will be removed and
new investors will be put in their slots.

One Time Buyers
We understand some buyers have limited funds and so we also allow investors to
join for the purpose of participating in one specific deal as a one time
involvement. They are referred to as One Time Buyers and must have a credit
score of at least 680 and at least $20,000 liquid to invest. After that specific deal
they will not receive further emails notifying them of future projects.
What Happens Next?
Buyers who are admitted into the group receive notice of their acceptance within
24-48 hours.  

They are emailed information about the next conference call
How Do I Purchase/Reserve a Property?
To ensure our reputation as strong buyers with developers, only those buyers  who
have been pre-qualified and are Wealth Builders members will be allowed to
purchase a property.

Prior to the call, the developer receives an updated Members/Qualified Buyers List
and will respond only to those buyers whose names are already on the list.
Wealth Builders Investing Code of Conduct
The following guidelines are established to clarify what is expected and required of
each Wealth Builders Member regardless of membership level. Members not abiding by
the Requirements and Code of Conduct
will have their membership promptly
terminated and  will be denied future investment opportunities with Wealth Builders
Investing.

Participation
Each member is expected to study the emails and websites, conduct his/her due
diligence and join in on conference calls for investment opportunities that interest
them.  Members are asked to make at least half of the conference calls during a
membership period as the calls are very educational and informative.

Conference calls are usually in the evenings.  Members need to seriously study the
information in the email and website before the call and make their decision quickly
during the call. Each member is expected to do his/her own due diligence and take
responsibility for his/her own investment decision. Once the call is finished, members
need to send in a reservation quickly by email if they want to buy a property.

If a member is not able to make a conference call, he/she is encouraged to get a
spouse, business partner or friend to take notes or record the call. We will also try to
have a recording of the call available on the website within 24 hours of the call.

Property reservation emails are treated on a first-come, first-serve basis, so members
waiting for hours/days after the call may miss out on obtaining a property.
Affiliate Program
Are you a Realtor, Mortgage Broker, Lawyer, Financial Planner or CPA?  Are you a
go-getter and self starter ? Do you have a strong database of clients? If so, you may
qualify for our Affiliate Program. As a loan officer, you can do the loans of any of your
clients purchasing our properties, and other financial incentives apply as well. As a

Buyer Code of Conduct

The emails and website information leading up to the conference call are designed to
give the buyer more than adequate information to make a solid investment decision by
the end of the call.  

Every buyer is required to do his/her own due diligence
prior to the call. This means
that he/she seeks additional information if needed, conducts research, assesses
his/her current personal financial situation, talks to a spouse or business partner, etc,
before the call.

The buyer is asked not to contact the developer after the call to request additional
information, brochures, etc. The time to ask general questions about the property has
passed.
What Wealth Builders Investing is Not

Wealth Builders Investing is not a real estate coaching or training program.  It is
assumed that each member has basic real estate investing experience and has an
average understanding of real estate investing concepts or can learn quickly.

No mentoring is available through Wealth Builders Investing. We do have business
partners who are available to mentor and train new investors, to learn more please
contact us and we will put you in touch with these individuals.

Also, it is not in our scope of expertise to answer individual questions and emails
regarding tax issues, legal issues etc. Every member should consult his/her own lawyer
or accountant for those questions.
We ask only serious buyers intent on following through with a property purchase
contact the developer after the call. At this time, these buyers can ask specific
questions regarding the project, seek advise selecting a specific lot etc.

After the call, if an buyer contacts the developer it is expected he/she will follow
through by completing the contract and returning the necessary documents and the
deposit money to the developer within 3 days.  

Buyers who received a contract and do not follow through with their commitment within
the required time frame will forfeit the opportunity to invest in that specific property.
They will forfeit their membership and will not be allowed to participate in future
investments opportunities with Wealth Builders Investing.

Only serious buyers intent on purchasing a property should be requesting contracts,
talking to a developer, etc.

If a buyer is hesitant about an investment, he/she is asked to pass on that specific
investment opportunity and wait for an opportunity more in line with his/her individual
investment needs.
